Illegal Reproduction of Software
Illegal reproduction of software is punishable with up to 3 years imprisonment or a 50 million won fine. If the user is found with such action, both the user and an executive person in charge will be asked for responsibility (Regulations and penalties on software copyright infringement).

The use of a personal laptop in the office that has illegally reproduced software is considered business use and subject to a criminal action.
